Express Entry

Express Entry is a Permanent Immigration program for Skilled candidates started on Jan01, 2015. It is faster than the immigration programme use to help people to migrate. In this process, candidates will be assessed based on their:

  • Age
  • Education
  • Language Ability
  • Work experience
  • Arranged Employment
  • Blood relation

 

Express Entry consists of two basic steps:

  • With the help of GCkey one has to create his profile online. On the basis of all factors candidates will be given points. We can help you to score the maximum.
  • Based on the points given, highest points holders will be drawn and CIC will send them invitation to apply (ITA). The selected candidates will be eligible to apply and the file will be processed in six months or less.

To become an Express Entry applicant, one has to afll in any of these streams:

 

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program
  • Canadian Experience Class

Provincial Nominee Candidates:

If you have applied under Provincial Nominee stream then you need to wait for approval, after getting ‘Nominated’ you can apply in Express Entry.

Provincial NOMINEE PROGRAM

The Provincial Nominee Program is (PNP) is a permanent immigration program initiated by various provinces and territories that allows nominated immigrants to make an immediate economic contribution.

Through an agreement with the Government of Canada, provinces can nominate immigrants, who can contribute to the economic and social goals of the provinces and territories.  Individuals nominated by provinces are eligible for permanent immigration from Citizenship and Immigration Canada in the Provincial Nominee Class.

Following is a list of provinces and one territory currently participating in this program:

 

Refugee CASES

One who faces well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself to  the protection of that country

The Refugee Protection Division (RPD) determines claims for refugee protection made within Canada.

If you are the one, our team is there to help you.Canada is a signatory to several international agreements, including the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.Under these three agreements, Canada must process all claims for protection made within Canada. persons in need of protection are persons whose deportation to their country of origin would subject them personally to:

  • A danger of torture
  • A risk to their life
  • A risk of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.

The claimant receives the status of “protected person” and can apply for permanent residence in Canada, and, eventually, for citizenship at CIC.

 

Family CLASS

As a Canadian Citizen and Permanent resident, you can sponsor your spouse, common-law partner, parents, dependent children and other eligible relatives to become a permanent resident.  As a sponsor, you are responsible for the financial assistance of your relative. The person who is invited by you will not be able to seek financial assistance from the government.

Applicants for permanent residence must go through a medical, criminal and background checks

You may not be eligible to be a sponsor if you:

  • Failed to fulfill the terms and conditions of any previous sponsorship agreement.
  • Defaulted on a court-order.
  • Received government financial assistance for reasons other than a disability.
  • Were convicted of a violent criminal offence or  are in prison.
  • Defaulted on an immigration loan?late or missed payments.
  • Have declared bankruptcy.

List of Eligible relatives, other than a spouse, common-law partner and dependent children:

  • Parents
  • Grandparents
  • Brothers or sisters, nephews or nieces, granddaughters or grandsons who are orphaned, under 21 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship
  • Accompanying relatives of the above (for example, spouse, partner and dependent children).
  • you can sponsor one relative regardless of age or relationship only if you do not have a living spouse or common-law partner, conjugal partner, a son or daughter, parent, grandparent, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece who could be sponsored as a member of the family class
