Many of you heard about studying in Canada for minors. It depends on the support for a minor child in Canada. Parent/ Guidance have to convince that minor who is planning to study has the care and support he needs. Minor can come with parents/ legal guardian or have a custodian in Canada.

To become a Custodian, an adult form Canada has to send Custodianship Declaration form to CIC with the application. It has to be certified by a lawyer in Canada. On other page of the application, it has to be signed by parents/ legal guardian of a minor child and notarized in their respective home country.
